My Deposit Was Not Reflected and May Take 20 Days by Enpara
Since Enpara does not charge fees due to interbank agreements, I deposited ₺7,000 into my account at a DenizBank ATM on April 14, 2025, around 18:30. However, only ₺2,000 appears in my account, and there’s no record of the ATM deposit in my transaction history. It turns out that Enpara’s banking system experienced a crash on April 14, 2025, and I made the deposit without knowing this. After finally reaching a customer representative after 20 minutes, I was told that it could take up to 20 days for the issue to be resolved. I deposited the money to transfer it to someone I owe, and now I’m in a very difficult situation because of this. I urgently request that my issue be resolved. This kind of banking is unacceptable in 2025. What does “20 days” even mean? I will also file a complaint with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
