Remitly Marked My Transfer as Delivered But It Never Reached My Account


On June 2, I transferred over ₺15,000 from my Polon account to my own bank account via Remitly. The platform showed “delivered within 5 minutes,” but two days have passed and the money has still not arrived. I opened a support ticket and reached out to customer service multiple times—no one responded, and no one has taken any action to help me.
To test if the issue was with my account, I tried another small transfer, and that one arrived instantly. So why did the first, much larger transfer not go through? There’s clearly an issue on Remitly’s side, and I’m being ignored despite repeated attempts to get support.
Remitly, I’m asking for immediate intervention. Locate my missing ₺15,000 and either complete the transfer or refund it. You can’t mark a transfer as delivered when the money never reached the recipient. I expect urgent resolution and full accountability.
