I purchased a product on Steam and requested a refund, which was approved. However, it’s been over 35 days, and I still haven’t received my money back. I contacted Steam Support, and they told me the refund was processed through Adyen, but nothing has reached my bank account.
I followed up with Ziraat Bank, and they confirmed there is no pending refund, no blockage, and no sign of the amount being transferred to my account. I’ve now been caught in a loop between Steam, Adyen, and my bank, with no actual resolution.
This is incredibly frustrating — I followed the proper refund procedure, and yet my ₺-worth refund is missing. I’m tired of the silence and delays. Steam, you need to step in and investigate this refund urgently. I expect my money to be returned immediately, and for clearer, more responsive support when financial issues like this arise.
