ininal Closed My Card Without Reason - I Cant Access My Balance

Since March 17, 2025, my ininal card has been deactivated without any explanation. There is a balance of ₺15,830 on the card, and I have no way of accessing this money. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I have not received a clear answer, and my issue remains unresolved. This amount is significant for me and is negatively impacting my daily life. I am requesting an urgent response, either by reactivating my card or refunding the balance to me as soon as possible. If my issue is not resolved, I will file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board and all other relevant authorities. Kind regards.
