I Paid Off My Credit Card but It Was Closed

I converted my İş Bank credit card into 12 monthly payments. I consistently paid ₺7,612 every month, always on time, in full, and frequently even exceeded the required amount. On July 1, 2025, I settled the remaining balance ahead of schedule and fully closed the debt. Unfortunately, my credit card was closed without any prior notice or my agreement. I was truly taken aback since I had been careful with my payments, and I anticipated the bank to respond in kind. It seems unjust and lacking professionalism for my card to be deactivated after I have met all my responsibilities. Please reactivate my card at your earliest convenience. The lack of a clear explanation from customer service about this issue only added to my frustration.
