Twitch Charged Without Permission and Won’t Send Email to Cancel Subscription
On March 12, 2025, Twitch charged ₺43.90 to my İş Bankası card without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this payment. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the system wouldn’t even send the confirmation code to my email—making it impossible to stop the charges.
This is deeply frustrating. There’s no proper control mechanism, no security verification, and worst of all—no response from Twitch support. I feel completely ignored and powerless against a platform that handles users' money without accountability.
I’m demanding an immediate refund and the full cancellation of my subscription. If this issue is not resolved, I will file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board, Criminal Court of First Instance, and Cybercrime Division. Twitch, take this seriously and return my money now.
