I'm an ING Bank member with account number 1*1-7794***. On March 31, 2023, I used an automated payment instruction to send my paycheck and three invoices to the bank. The bank promised a salary increase of 7650 TL and an extra 1500 TL for each bill payment. The first bill and salary increase were paid, however the second bill payment was not made despite the fact that the due date had passed. The corporation that issued the bill informed me of the nonpayment, which is unacceptable. The bank agreed to pay 500 TL each bill, and I demand that this amount be paid promptly. I've been an ING Bank customer for many years, and I'm dissatisfied with the service they offered right now. It's aggravating to have to cope with the repercussions of their broken promises. I am hopeful that this problem will be fixed quickly and that the bank will take efforts to enhance their service in the future.
