I secured a loan from ING Bank, affiliated with Dent Grup Aydın, on December 14, 2023, with a fixed interest-free spending limit of ₺2000. Despite making regular payments, I received a message this month stating that my debt had exceeded the limit. Upon contacting the bank, I was informed that the spending amounts had changed, which could be the reason for the discrepancy. However, there has been no recent change, and since I took out the loan last year with the understanding that I would continue to spend ₺2000, I adhered to that limit. This inconsistency is baffling; it seems there is a lack of communication within the bank. When I took out this loan, I was assured that I would not be affected by any future circumstances, and regular payments would suffice. Is this the bank's idea of honoring its commitment? I obtained this loan with the promise of ₺2000 spending, and yet I am being unfairly treated by the bank. I urgently demand a resolution to this issue. If a solution is not provided, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities, including CİMER and the Banking Association, within the framework of my legal rights. I demand that my grievances be addressed promptly.
