I hope this message finds you well. Please be advised that I paid the past-due bill on September 1, 2023. Nevertheless, when I checked my mobile banking, I discovered that there was an additional charge of 1,965 TL. When I called my bank, they told me that the payment had already been sent to Vodafone. I am writing to make an urgent request for assistance in determining the purpose of this charge and in figuring out how to get a refund for it. I am looking forward to hearing back from you, regardless of whether it will be positive or negative, as I require a speedy resolution to this problem.
