ING Bank Sent Credit Card Without My Permission

I just recently terminated my active account with ING Bank and canceled the ATM card that was associated with the account. To my astonishment, however, an orange additional card bearing my personal information was delivered to the workplace where I work. This is a card that neither I nor anyone else asked for. A customer service representative told me that I couldn't see the card because I don't have an active account even though I tried to cancel the service and have it closed. Can you please cancel this unused card? I don't even own it, let alone use it.
