Even though I had canceled my credit card with ING Bank and hadn't used their services in years, they still charged me credit card fees. Why haven't they told me about this supposed debt before now? I haven't heard from them in years, and now all of a sudden they say I owe them money. This is a rip-off and a joke on the people who buy from them. I've called them several times, but they've always ducked my questions and didn't help. How can they charge me an annual fee if I don't have a card with them? And why haven't they been charging me this fee for all these years, but now all of a sudden they are? I won't stay quiet when people lie to me like that, and I will take legal action against them. This is a case of dishonesty, and I warn people to be careful when banks act in this way.
