ING Bank Humiliated With Ruble Exchange Rate
ING Bank suspended ruble trading a long time ago; I went to the branch, but they couldn't do it since the center caused issues. After two visits, I tried again today and discovered that while the Central Bank exchange rate is 0.35 TL, it is 0.265 at ING Bank, resulting in a loss of approximately 10,000 TL due to the TL spread, and neither customer service nor the branch can solve the problem. ING Bank disgraced us with our money; they know how to advertise, but they have an extremely egoistic style. They stole my time, labor, and patience; I'm still coping with it!
I was called to the branch again, traveled 80 km back and forth, and once again the same systemic loop problem started to occur. Fortunately, after spending hours there, first the branch manager Yaprak Gün... contacted the headquarters and sped up the process, and then with the attention of representative Sevda Çol... the issue was resolved. I thank them.
Thanks to Branch Manager Y**** G***... and representative S**** Ç**.. :) The security guard was also good, and they have a nice, mini bank-cafe style atmosphere.
