Locked Out of My Ziraat Bank Account in Canada
I'm a Ziraat Bank customer residing in Canada, and I'm unable to access the mobile app since I've closed my Turkish phone number. When I attempted to change my phone number through the mobile app, the NFC reading process for my Turkish ID didn't work at all. I've tried it with different devices, and it still didn't work. Despite reaching out to the bank, they haven't shown any interest in resolving this issue. I've had no trouble changing phone numbers with other banks. I urgently need access to my account. Please, your attention is requested. Being locked out of my account overseas is not only frustrating but also concerning. I hope Ziraat Bank addresses this issue promptly and provides a solution.
