Infinix Note 30 Service Issues and Product Defects

I bought a brand new Infinix Note 30 phone, but it was defective because the screen wouldn't turn on, rendering it useless. Your service center replaced the motherboard and claimed that the device invoice was generated the following day. We returned the device, requesting that your managers intervene and facilitate a replacement with the manufacturer, but your employees chose to go about their business as usual and returned the phone in the same faulty condition. After repair, we received a brand new phone, and it is our consumer right that if any issues arise within 14 days, a product replacement is warranted. We will defer to a higher authority if this is your work ethic and business practice. May the consequences of such poor service and ethics befall you.
