On April 7, I arrived at the airport for my scheduled Indigo Airlines flight, only to be informed that the flight had been rescheduled to April 8. This change was made without proper notification, leaving passengers like me stranded and uncertain about our plans. Despite raising concerns and citing our legal rights, airline representatives dismissed our requests and refused to accommodate us appropriately.
This treatment is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Indigo Airlines must take responsibility for properly informing passengers of such changes in advance and provide necessary support to affected customers. I demand an explanation, compensation for this disruption, and assurance that this will not happen again to other passengers.
