Is this the standard of IKEA customer service? In Europe, no one can leave your package at your door without a signature. When I spoke with a customer representative, I received the response, 'the product has been delivered.' The issue here is not the delivery itself; the product must be handed to a specific person, be it a relative, building custodian, or any designated individual. For an ₺18,000 item, you cannot leave it at the door as if it were disposable. I present my complaint to your relevant departments and request a prompt response.
