We bought IKEA Billy/Oxberg bookcase with glass doors, we bought it ourselves from the Bodrum order point and we did not want transportation, when we brought it home, when the assembly team opened it to install it, they noticed that there was a defect in the product and said that it was not due to impact, but due to IKEA's fault, that is, it was certain that it was not due to our transportation and created a record, so I called IKEA and explained the situation and the customer representative said they would come and pick it up from home. When he called later, he said that we had to deliver it ourselves. What I don't understand is why I am responsible for IKEA sending a defective product. If IKEA sends a defective product, it will come and take it from home and then deliver the new product to the house.
