Ikea Turkey is Ruthless And Indifferent To its Web Customers

We bought a cabinet from IKEA, delivery was scheduled for the 19th. Horoz Lojistik was the company that would make the delivery through Arvato. But although there are about 21 movement records in the cargo tracking detail on the IKEA web, the package has not been brought even once, we have not been called even once. IKEA, which overlaps with a company as unserious and misrepresenting as Horoz Lojistik, is very indifferent and slow to the process of its customers. We have been decorating in the office and waiting for this cabinet for 1 week, but we have suffered material and moral damage only because of the rudeness of the Horoz Lojistik distribution team. Our renovation at work is disrupting our work. IKEA is slow in business follow-up and full of maddening nonsense in web shopping. It is almost as if we are guilty of buying products from IKEA with our money. They don't seem to be working to help people but to make it difficult, they don't sell this cabinet with the option of pick up from any IKEA, they only sell it with the option of delivery to the address and you are exposed to this ridiculous process, it is also impossible that the product cannot be delivered, we are on a very busy street near the governorship of Istanbul and the Horoz Logistics delivery team has reported that delivery to the customer address is not possible, there is no vehicle entry and the product will be damaged if it is tried to be delivered, and IKEA does not offer a solution by being slow and indifferent about this issue. Since it is not in the Horoz Logistics delivery team's business to bring the package, they shamelessly wrote a report that we did not come 4 times, but they do not need to call even once, they said that there is a possibility of damage if the package is delivered, but they still do not even need to call the customer because we are on a busy street and my patience, who will deal with it, and they write that there was no one at the address, as they did not call us even once, they did not bring the package, we are waiting for the package at the address and we are shocked by the reports on the IKEA screen. Teams that do not know how to do their job properly and ethically and endless malicious sneakiness. IKEA customers and the material and moral damage and anguish. I wonder if they would treat the customer in Switzerland or the Netherlands the same way.
