I purchased a Pax wardrobe from the IKEA Bayrampaşa store and had to return a component of it. I was informed that I could visit the store to process the return, as the item was originally purchased in-store. We completed the transportation form for the return and made the payment for transportation. They informed me that they would arrive to collect it on March 21, 2024, and only after that could I proceed with the return process at the IKEA Bayrampaşa store. And we absolutely had to go the following day. They sent a text message for March 21, stating, 'Please be at home, we will arrive between 12:00-15:00.' However, they failed to appear. Later, they sent a message for March 22, informing us to be at home as they planned to visit. They never showed up, despite our anticipation. Then, they sent a message for March 23. I reached out to the call center to double-check. 'Listen, we've been waiting for two days now, and we're also trying to plan our schedule for tomorrow,' I stated. 'No need to worry, we'll be there tomorrow,' they assured. It's already March 23, 2024, and they still haven't shown up. They gave us a call and mentioned that they wouldn't be able to make it because there wasn't enough room in the vehicle. And we had planned to return our IKEA items on Sunday. For the past three days, we've been coordinating our plans to align with IKEA's schedule. We are filled with a sense of betrayal. It appears that our patience has been completely worn out. I'm expressing my frustration with their lack of responsibility. I prioritize my time over the cost of a Pax.
