IKEA Delivered My Pax Wardrobe Without Hinges - I Cannot Assemble It

On 19.08.2025, I purchased a Pax model bedroom wardrobe from the IKEA Bayrampaşa store and paid a total of ₺2,500 for delivery and assembly. However, among the 43 pieces delivered, the hinges were missing. Although the Borusan delivery team reported the missing part on 19.08.2025, as of 21.08.2025 I am still being told it is “under review,” leaving me at a loss. Because of the missing hinges, I have not been able to assemble my wardrobe at all. Since I had dismantled my old wardrobe, my belongings are left exposed around the house, which has worsened my situation. The operations team claims the missing part is being checked through camera records, further delaying the process. I have contacted customer service by phone multiple times, but they keep referring to legal procedures without offering a clear solution. I demand that the missing hinge be sent to me immediately.
