IKEA Assembly Service Never Came Even Though They Confirmed It
We purchased a wardrobe on the IKEA Turkey website on 08.07.2024. We also added an assembly service with the product by paying 1408 TL. We received an e-mail message on 11.07.2024 confirming that the installation will be done on 15.07.2024 and that the installation time will be notified via SMS 1 day in advance. Although today (15.07.2024) is the promised date for the assembly, there is no one visited our house nor SMS we have received. I can't remember the number of calls I've had with the Call Center since the early morning. Moreover, since we are shopped online, we bounced like a ping-pong ball between the call center staff and the IKEA Ümraniye Store that will provide the assembly service. However, we did not receive the service we paid for. We arranged our working schedule according to the message sent by IKEA, we were confined to the house, we picked-up the whole house to meet the conditions specified in the assembly instructions, but we do not even know when the assembly will be done. Long story short, IKEA is a complete regret!
