IKEA Did Not Replace My Damaged Mirror Door After Weeks of Waiting

On April 1, 2025, we placed the order and made the payment for the products we had designed (including assembly & shipping) at the IKEA Bayrampaşa / İstanbul / Türkiye store. On April 5, 2025, the products were shipped in their closed boxes to the address we specified. We called for an assembly appointment the following week and they completed the process on April 12, 2025. When the people who did the assembly opened the boxes, they noticed that the mirror of one of the cabinet doors was broken and made a report (No damage to the box, but the same broken one inside / Kammartorp mirror door 50x229 gray). They said, "They will call you within 48 hours and inform you about the replacement of the damaged product." They called at the beginning of the week and set up an appointment for April 19, 2025; however, no one came or gave any information on the phone that day (Saturday). When we called the store towards the end of the day, they directed us to customer service, and when we called customer service, they said they would forward it to the store and they would get back to you and the day ended. In the following period (April 19 to today April 26) there has been neither any information nor any positive development - despite talking to customer services dozens of times. Every time we forward it to the store, they say they will get back to us and they don't even get back to us while waiting for a solution. This customer-less approach is not appropriate at all. I hope this solution will be found but I don't know how. We are currently condemned to a damaged product.
