IKEA Failed to Deliver My Pax Wardrobe Parts After Over Two Months

On June 19, 2024, I went to the IKEA Ankara Store and bought the parts I needed for a Pax wardrobe. I made the payment at the checkout using the order document they gave me in the store. I made arrangements for a few of the products to be sent to Konya. After a few days, the Ankara store reached out to me to let me know that they only had two out of the five wardrobe doors in stock. They assured me that the remaining three would be sent later, despite initially confirming that all parts were available. On July 11-12, the three missing doors finally arrived, but unfortunately, the box they came in was damaged. I had no choice but to refuse the delivery and ask for a replacement. The return journey from Konya to Ankara took approximately 15-20 days. In August, I was informed that the product had been resent, but to my disappointment, only one door arrived on August 15. I reported this to customer service, who assured me they would follow up with the Ankara store. However, I never received any further communication from them. I have already sent the photos of the product and shipping documents as requested, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. Despite my repeated attempts to get information, they insisted that they had already sent all three doors and were just waiting for the shipping company. However, it's now August 28 and I still haven't received any additional updates. I find it extremely frustrating that I still haven't received my entire order from IKEA after waiting for more than two months. We must address this matter urgently!
