I Report iHerb Medication Refund Issue: Product Returned, No Refund

I ordered medication from the iHerb application in May. The package arrived in Turkey in June, but unfortunately, I was unable to receive the medication because the cargo company failed to contact me, leading to the product being returned to iHerb. It has now been over one month since the product was returned, and I still have not received my refund.
This situation is causing me significant financial distress and frustration. I have already contacted my bank to inquire about the refund, and they confirmed that no such transaction has been processed on their end. The lack of communication from the cargo company and the subsequent failure of iHerb to process my refund in a timely manner is unacceptable. I am out of pocket for the cost of the medication, and the prolonged delay is extremely concerning. I urgently request that iHerb resolve this issue and process my full refund immediately. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
