iHerb sent me the wrong supplements, how can I return them?

If iHerb sent you the wrong supplements, go to your iHerb account and locate the incorrect order under ‘Orders’.

Click “Start a Return or Refund” and follow the prompts to report the issue.

You’ll need to upload a clear photo of the received item and its packaging label.

Once submitted, iHerb will review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
