I Report iHerb Order #961266814 Undelivered, Stuck In Customs

I placed an order with iHerb.com in May, specifically Order Shipped #961266814. The tracking information indicates that the delivery was made, yet I have received no package, no notification, and no communication whatsoever. When I try to check the website for more information, I can't find any details about the delivery status. Crucially, I also cannot reach any authorized person or customer service representative who can provide clarification or assistance regarding my order.
I did receive a document indicating that my package is stuck in customs and will be sent back, but I still have received no direct information from iHerb about this. This entire situation has caused me immense frustration and financial concern, as my purchased items are now in limbo. The lack of clear communication and accessible support from iHerb is completely unacceptable. I urgently request iHerb to investigate this undelivered order, ensure my products are either resent or that I receive a full refund, and provide clear communication.
