I Face Non-Refund for Cancelled Body Bio PC Order on iHerb.com
On October 23, 2023, I purchased a Body Bio PC supplement from iHerb.com. Shortly after placing the order, the system cancelled my purchase. In the cancellation notification, it was clearly stated that “You will not be charged for cancelled orders. We only process payments once orders are shipped. Any pending transactions on your credit or debit card will be removed within a few days.”
However, despite this promise, the payment has not been refunded to my card. I waited patiently for several days, but no refund was issued. This situation has caused unnecessary financial distress, as I paid for a product that was never shipped.
I kindly request that my payment be refunded immediately and that an explanation be provided regarding this unacceptable delay. I also expect an apology for the inconvenience and better clarity on your cancellation and refund process.
