I Report iHerb d-Mannose Order Canceled, Awaiting Refund or Product

I ordered d-Mannose 3 oz (85g) from iHerb.com. My cousin requires this medication lifelong. However, it seems the order was canceled because a report needed to be submitted to the site, which I was unaware of. The most pressing issue now is that I have not yet received a refund for the canceled order.

This situation is causing significant distress, as my cousin relies on this medication, and the lack of clarity regarding the order requirements has directly led to this problem. I am financially impacted by the unreturned funds, and the delay in receiving the necessary product is medically concerning. While a refund is due, receiving the medication would be preferable given its importance. I urgently request iHerb to either process the refund immediately for the canceled d-Mannose order or, ideally, re-process the order and ensure the medication is shipped.
