iHerb canceled my order after payment, how can I get a refund?

If iHerb stopped your order after you paid for it, the charge might only be an authorization hold. This usually goes through in three to five working days.

With PayPal, Apple Pay, or a similar service, it could take up to 30 days to get your money back.

Check your iHerb account to see if you've been refunded. Click on "Orders" and then on the "Canceled" order.

If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email that says "View and manage order."

Get in touch with your payment source if the refund doesn't show up on time.
