Vivense Took the Money But Did Not Deliver the Order!
I placed my order number 9b1507172190 on 5.11.2024. I received a message saying that the bookcase in my order was shipped on 05.12.2024. However, it didn't even tell which cargo it was, and I couldn't access the cargo information either on the website or through the application. The tracking link they sent in the SMS does not work either. I've been trying to reach the call center for days, but it's impossible! Today I received a message saying your order was delivered but nothing was delivered! Since there is no cargo information, I cannot call the branch of the cargo and ask! They put a call center number as 0850 480 25 35, but it is impossible to reach any representative from this number. They send an SMS and hang up the phone! It will be almost a month, no contact person! I demand that my grievance be resolved urgently!
No one seems to care; your colleague at the call center just asked if it hadn't been delivered. They have no clue what's going on! My order has been stuck in shipping for days, and they shouldn't bother delivering it anymore; I don't want it! I just want my refund and nothing else!
The order that has been waiting in cargo for days and for which I received a message saying it was delivered yesterday has gone out for delivery today! I have no option to return the cargo that I didn't want to receive in case it was damaged during those days in cargo! I demand that the return be accepted and my payment refunded. Otherwise, I will resort to legal action to address my grievance.
They wrote "custom-made" as if I had chosen the dimensions and it was produced accordingly. Standard sizes, the same product is sold to everyone.
