I purchased a product from Beymen online on January 3, 2025. The product still shows as being in the delivery phase, with no updates or progress made since then. Despite contacting the call center multiple times, I keep receiving the same generic feedback and cannot make any progress. Each time, I am told that the issue will be escalated, but no one follows up or provides a clear solution. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessional handling on a site of this caliber. Considering the reputation of Beymen, I expected a smoother and more reliable shopping experience. This delay has not only caused inconvenience but also raised doubts about the company's ability to handle online orders efficiently. We chose to shop here because it was a trusted platform, but this experience has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
