I used Trendyol to buy a pair of athletic shoes from Hummel. Even though I used the shoes carefully, by the end of the eighth month, the stitching threads were coming off on their own, without any friction or strain. I had them checked out by Trendyol because you can't get help at a Hummel store if you bought something this way. That was the first letdown—weren't they both made by the same company? How could they not deal with this? How can they not back up what they sell? Anyway, we sent it to be looked at and waited 20 days for a reply. They said it couldn't be returned because it looked like it had been used. We just wanted it fixed, since it was still under warranty and we had taken good care of it. I even tried to call the company's headquarters to complain, but you can't reach them either. Customer service at both Trendyol and Hummel is slow, and they keep putting the blame on each other. This process isn't being run well, the products aren't good, and customers aren't happy. Don't buy Hummel, because you'll be sorry you did.
