Hummel Unisex Sneaker Dark Khaki Sneakers Warranty Declined by Trendyol

The lining of the Hummel Unisex Sneaker Dark Khaki sneakers, which I bought from the Trendyol website, broke within a month. Following this, when I sent it to warranty, I was told by Trendyol customer services that after a 20-day inspection, there was a tear in the lining of the shoe, and that no action could be taken and the shoe would be sent to me. However, this product, which is under warranty, must either be repaired or refunded according to consumer laws. I would like to state that I see that Trendyol's service approach is aimed at deceiving the customer.
