Spectrum Internet Down For Days, Rising Prices, Unreliable Service!
Since my first report, I haven't heard anything new, when I ask for help, always get the same general advice: restart the devices, switch outlets, and get a remote restart. These steps for troubleshooting haven't fixed the problem, and I'm still getting bad service, Internet has been down for two days now and no updates since the first time I reached them...I've had to call dozens of times about internet not functioning properly. I have been given the exact same advice time and time again. Is this all they can do really?? the prices for your services keep going up while I'm dealing with the pain of unreliable internet access. After paying for something, I don't understand what I'm getting if I can't count on a reliable internet connection. I want a fix right away, while we’re on it, Spectrum must think again about its pricing structure because the service it offers isn't good enough, no where near good.
