From the day my LG TV was installed, I’ve been experiencing a persistent sound issue. Every time I turn the TV on, there’s video, but no sound coming from the speakers. This isn’t an occasional glitch—it happens every single time, and it’s extremely frustrating for a brand-new product.
I contacted LG support, and they eventually sent a service team to take the TV for inspection. Despite the issue being clearly visible—and despite me providing video recordings showing exactly what happens—they came back saying the device was “fine” and implied the problem was on my end. That is simply not true.
How can a product that fails to deliver basic sound at startup be considered problem-free? I purchased LG based on its reputation, but this experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand.
I’m officially requesting a full replacement with a new, working unit. If my request is ignored, I’ll escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I paid over ₺ for this TV, and I refuse to accept faulty performance or dismissive service. LG, stand behind your product and do what’s right.
