Headset Malfunction Annoyances with my Apple AirPods 3rd Generation
I recently bought a pair of AirPods 3rd generation headsets and ever since then, they've been giving me connection problems. I've brought it into the service center 8-9 times now with video evidence of the issue, but they just keep denying there's an issue with the device. I've called customer service about 20-25 times to try and find a solution, but they just can't seem to figure out what's wrong. It's really frustrating to not be able to trust my own device and have no resolution after trying so hard for a solution. It feels like this company isn't doing its best for its customers and don't even care about finding a fair resolution for me. This whole experience has left me feeling disheartened and let down. I understand that there are always going to be technical issues that come up from time to time, but this one has gone on for far too long without any resolution or understanding of why it is happening in the first place. I'm still hoping for a fast and fair resolution to this problem so that I can start using my device with confidence again.
