HSBC Customer Service Ignored My Repeated Calls About Pending Temu Refund

-On August 8, a refund of ₺286.75 was issued to my name through the Temu shopping platform. However, even after nearly a month, the amount still appears as pending (in authorization) and has not been transferred to my account. The transaction was made using my spouse’s HSBC Bank card ending in 0354.
I have called HSBC Bank customer service multiple times, but I have not received any response or resolution, and the money still hasn’t been credited to the card. I also have the refund receipt from Temu as proof of the transaction.
I request that the ₺286.75 be released from the pending status and credited to my account immediately.
