I Still Haven’t Received My Temu Refund via Adyen After 1.5 Months
It’s been over 1.5 months since Temu approved a refund and claimed it was processed through Adyen, but the money still hasn’t reached my account. I’ve checked with my bank multiple times, and they clearly state that no such transaction exists.
I’m extremely frustrated — I followed every step, provided the required details, and yet here I am, waiting endlessly for a refund that seems to have vanished into thin air. There’s no clear communication, no confirmation, and worst of all, no support from Temu.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately. I want my ₺ refund processed without any further delay, and I expect proper customer service to investigate and update me right away. Being left in the dark for weeks is unacceptable.
