Airbnb Refund Delay Complaint – Payment Not Reflected After 6 Days

On October 5, 2025, I canceled my Airbnb reservation for a home in Istanbul, 10 days before the check-in date. My confirmation code is HMMXZQCJ2E. After canceling, I received a notification from Airbnb stating that the refund had been sent to my bank and would be reflected in my account within 5 days. However, 6 days have now passed, and no refund has been received.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no payment or refund request had been processed on their end. When I followed up with Airbnb customer service, they insisted that the refund was already sent, but my bank still shows no record of such a transaction. My bank card and payment information have not changed, and the total refund amount I am expecting is €150.
I request that Airbnb immediately complete my refund and expedite the process, as the delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
