HSBC Closed My Credit Card Without Warning After 12 Years of Use Despite No Debt
I had a credit card with HSBC bank, which I had been using for a long time (12 years) without any issues. However, on 20.08.2024, my card was suddenly closed for use, even though I had no outstanding debt. When I inquired, they told me that they had disabled my card due to a decision they made on their own. Can such a situation really happen? Does this align with your corporate identity? I mean, look at the situation with such a large international bank. Can this really happen? I was genuinely satisfied with your credit card and was actively using it. Please make my credit card available again.
