HSBC Bank Closed My Credit Card Ending 9583 Without Reason

I've been a loyal HSBC customer for 15 years, consistently using my credit card ending with 9583 without issues. Despite the absence of an HSBC branch in Diyarbakır, I've always received satisfactory service and made all my payments on time. Shockingly, on 13 February 2025, HSBC suddenly closed my credit card, claiming it was "closed upon my request," which is completely untrue! When I contacted customer service, they vaguely mentioned the lack of a local branch as a reason, even though it's been this way for years without any prior issues. Why suddenly terminate my card after all these years of loyal usage and payments? HSBC, I'm demanding that you immediately rectify this mistake by reopening my credit card and those of similar customers.
