Disappointed by HSBC’s Decision to Deactivate My Credit Card Without Notice
On September 22, 2025, I received an SMS from HSBC Bank stating that my credit card will be deactivated as of December 1..., 2025, and that all my accumulated reward points will be deleted. However, I currently use my card actively, and I still have ongoing installment payments. I also confirm that I
