HSBC Credit Card Closure Notice—Why Was My Active Card Canceled?

I received a message from HSBC stating that my credit card will be closed, even though I have been using it regularly and making payments on time. I do not understand why my card is being canceled and would like a clear explanation.

How is it acceptable to close a card without the user’s consent or prior approval? A bank should not suddenly terminate an active account without proper notice or justification. This decision affects my financial planning and credit history, and I demand an immediate clarification from HSBC.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? HSBC, please explain why you are closing accounts without customer approval!
