Disappointed by HSBC’s Decision to Deactivate My Credit Card Without Notice

40

On September 22, 2025, I received an SMS from HSBC Bank stating that my credit card will be deactivated as of December 1, 2025, and that all my accumulated reward points will be deleted. However, I currently use my card actively, and I still have ongoing installment payments.

I also confirm that I have no active automatic payment instructions linked to the card and that there are no outstanding debts. I did not request any card closure, nor was I given any detailed prior notice about this decision.

I want my card to remain active so I can complete my ongoing installment payments without disruption. I request a prompt response and confirmation that my credit card will not be closed.
