Low-Performing HP Victus Gaming Laptop
My HP Victus gaming laptop has suffered from both performance and charging issues. Despite HP's 6-month replacement and return window, I've been unable to use it, and they've only performed component replacements. It's extremely frustrating that my gaming laptop, despite having top-tier specs like a 1TB SSD, 13th Gen i7 processor, and more, is practically unusable for gaming. Furthermore, the quality of customer service is abysmal, with no genuine assistance provided to customers. It's disappointing that a high-end gaming laptop underperforms, and the company's inability to honor its own return policy adds to my displeasure. I'm left with a gaming laptop that falls short of its potential and an unsatisfactory customer service experience.
