Defective HP Victus Laptop Replaced with Another Defective One

This is taking me down! feeling really upset with the HP Victus laptop's bad quality and customer service. I had problems with my laptop for 3 months, and they gave me a new one. But the new one was also broken, what is this? Is all your stuff crumbling???  The table wobbles when I put a glass of water on it. It's annoying that I have to deal with another product that doesn't work properly. To make matters worse, I'm hesitant to send it back to the service because my old computer was returned in even worse condition than it was before. I need a solution to this problem quickly. It's not okay that HP is selling bad stuff and doing a bad job.
