HP Victus 16 Does Not Charge While On and Service Takes Too Long

I want to share my experience with my HP Victus 16-r0028nt (7P6L2EA) laptop, which I have had for just a year. Even though it's quite new, it won't charge while it's powered on, which restricts its usability to when it's switched off. This problem has significantly hindered my ability to utilise the programs I depend on for my job. I brought my laptop to the service centre, and they informed me that the repair would take a minimum of two months. I can't afford to wait that long since I rely on this laptop for my work. I anticipated higher quality and faster resolutions from a company with such a strong reputation like HP. I really need assistance to sort this out quickly.
