HP Sold Me a Victus 16 Laptop That Started Having Screen Issues After 1 Year

I purchased an HP Victus 16 gaming laptop in December 2023, and at the beginning of 2025, it started experiencing a screen blackout issue. While playing games, the screen goes black and stays that way for a while; when it eventually comes back, if I don’t close the game, the same issue keeps repeating. When I reported this to HP support, they told me a case had been opened and that I would be contacted as soon as possible regarding a solution. However, it has been nearly two months since I reported the problem, and I still haven’t received any response. It feels like they are ignoring me simply because I chose to trust them and acted in good faith. Facing such an issue barely a year after purchase and receiving no support makes me question the brand’s reputation. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
