HP Still Has Not Replaced My Computer 20 Days Later

I handed over my computer to HP for repair on April 5th. Despite the holidays passing, including April 23rd and May 1st, and more than 20 business days, my device wasn’t repaired. I exercised my legal right to product replacement through customer support. A representative from customer loyalty reached out via email, but with misleading information. They stated that the 20-business-day period would start after payment for the part, which was incorrect, leading to the replacement being denied. Prior to this, the lady I spoke to on the phone mentioned it would take 4-6 weeks for a new product to arrive and agreed to arrange it. However, the email she sent afterward was deceptive. They claimed I delayed payment for the part, but even if it were one day late, my repair had concluded by May 9th. They threatened to dispose of the product if not collected, attempting to profit unfairly. I’ll pursue every avenue for product replacement and have filed a complaint with the local trade directorate. Until the product is replaced, I'll continue my fight. If a customer service representative contacts me without intending to replace the product, it's futile. Everything is documented in their system. I'm the one reaching out to inquire about the product, yet they claim to call me. I even have SMS records—how can they not reach me? They should check their records and contact me if they intend to replace the product. I've never seen such lack of support and disrespect from a company before.
