If you're thinking about buying HP products, take a moment to read my complaint for your own benefit. My HP laptop stopped working, so I took it to BDH Bilişim, which is HP's authorised service centre in Maltepe. I personally delivered it on May 10, 2024. I stressed the importance of getting the repair done quickly. After a week passed with no communication from them, I took the initiative to give them a call and inquire about the progress. It's worth noting that they never take the first step to reach out. I was informed that the motherboard and other components required replacement, and they also gave me a cost estimate. I gave my approval for the motherboard replacement and got an email containing the payment information. I made sure to pay the repair fee right away and followed the instructions by emailing the receipt on May 17, 2024.
Once more, there was a lack of communication from the company, prompting me to make a phone call on May 22, 2024. I was informed that the repair hadn't been initiated yet due to an oversight in their initial email where they forgot to include the PDF form. Believe it or not, the repair ended up being delayed by a whole five days due to a simple oversight on their part. To make matters worse, they failed to keep me in the loop about this unfortunate mishap. I discovered this information by reaching out to them directly.
After reaching out to HP's international service, I was able to obtain the PDF form that was previously missing from BDH Bilişim. I completed and returned it promptly. It's already May 24, 2024, and it's been two weeks since I turned in my laptop. Even with my repeated reminders and financial investment, I am still facing difficulties in getting my laptop repaired. I made another call today, and the response I received was quite surprising. They informed me that my motherboard order has been placed in the queue. Instead of saying "the order has been placed," we can say "we are waiting to place the order." There hasn't been any progress.
When I inquired about the possibility of the repair being completed within two months, the representative responded with, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" It appears that they believe they are providing assistance, despite the numerous problems.
